• High School degree or GED equivalent
• Some previous maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical or HVAC experience preferred

Full time:
Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (must be able to flex hours/work overtime as needed). Must be able to participate in on‑call after‑hours maintenance rotation.

• Assisting in repairs to buildings, furniture, doors, door locks, windows, walls, floors, ceilings, roofs.
• Assist in maintaining facility grounds, including mowing, weed eating, picking up debris daily, trimming.
• Complete drywall installation and repairs.
• Be responsible for moving furniture for offices and homes.
• Assist in other shops and perform other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor.
• Schedule work so to least interfere with the individuals that live here.
• Responsible for keeping all parts and tools in possession until work is completed.
• Learn and follow all policies and procedures.
• Inspect and check for the working performance of equipment in Hazelwood buildings. Works from work‑order system.
• Perform preventative maintenance and complete PM documentation to assigned areas.
• Assist in snow removal as needed.
• Keeps work areas clean, organized.
• Keeps an inventory of tools and supplies.
• Repairs or assists with repairs to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Will be on call for a week at a time, on a rotating basis.

Must be able to lift, bend, walk and stand for extended periods of time with no restrictions. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

This position requires less than 15% travel.
