Our client, an office and facilities operations team, is seeking a Janitoral to join their team in Jeffersontown, KY. As a Janitoral, you will be part of the facilities support group, helping keep the building clean, safe, and ready for daily operations. * ** What's the Job?*
* + Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, disposing of garbage, and stocking supplies.

+ Unpack, receive, and help manage incoming supplies to keep the facility running smoothly.

+ Support internal office moves and relocations, including tearing down and building office cubicles.

+ Assist with general building maintenance as needed, including building start-up and general interior and exterior clean up.

+ Handle minor electrical and minor plumbing tasks, replace lights, and support recycling and other building maintenance needs.

** What's Needed?*
* + General experience with industrial equipment and the ability to perform preventative maintenance repairs.

+ Knowledge of basic manual work techniques to complete tasks safely and effectively.

+ Strong attendance and reliability-showing up consistently is essential.

+ A positive attitude and willingness to support day-to-day facility needs.

+ Ability to lift 50 to 100 pounds as required for cleaning and facility support tasks.
