Total Compensation:
Base of $21 to $24.50 per hour plus monthly and quarterly bonuses to equal $23-$26.50 per hour

Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) is seeking a hands‑on, dependable Maintenance Technician to help support two communities:
Delo Apartments (130 units) located in Louisville, and Carriage Hill Apartments (103 units) located in Thornton, CO. If you’re someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, thrives on solving problems, and wants to be part of a tight‑knit team, we’d love to meet you.

You’ll play a critical role in creating safe, well‑maintained communities that residents are proud to call home.

• Respond to daily maintenance requests with urgency, care, and a resident‑first attitude
• Prepare vacant apartments for move‑in, including general repairs, cleaning, and painting
• Participate in the snow removal rotation and emergency on‑call schedule
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and mechanical systems
• Support vendor coordination and ensure timely completion of unit turns

• A minimum of 1 yearof recent hands‑on maintenance experience in multifamily, facilities, hospitality, or related trades
• Fluency in English required;
  Spanish‑speaking is a plus.
• Your own basic tool set (a small cordless drill, 11‑in‑1 screwdriver, spring‑loaded pliers, utility knife, channel locks, hacksaw, caulk gun, hammer, and tape measure)
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (required)
• You live within 10 miles of Thornton AND Louisville, CO; preferably somewhere in between.
• A team‑player mindset and a desire to grow your skills and career
