We’re looking for a Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our multifamily communities. This role is essential to ensuring our properties remain welcoming, well-kept, and operating smoothly. Key Responsibilities- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community grounds and common areas
- Perform daily upkeep including trash removal and general cleaning
- Detail clean breezeways, handrails, light fixtures, and utility areas
- Remove weeds, leaves, debris, and trash throughout the property
- Clean and maintain pet waste stations
- Operate compactor and ensure dumpster areas are clean and organized
- Assist with seasonal duties such as salting walkways during winter conditions
- Support overall property maintenance efforts as needed
- Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with residents
- Dedicated with a strong work ethic
- Takes pride in maintaining clean and organized environments
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management and organizational skills
