Groundskeeper, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
The Connor Group is hiring for a full-time maintenance/cleaning role in Louisville, KY. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with benefits including health, dental and life insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation, PTO and 401k.
Responsibilities include trash pickup, landscaping cleanup, carpet cleaning, power washing, and cleaning of units and common areas. Candidates should be responsible, committed, and able to work independently.
