Our roles are typically open to remote candidates located and authorized to work in the U.S. However, strong preference is always given to candidates in or near our physical footprint. Who is the Account Manager?Account Managers are peopleâpeople, responsible for the relationships between Leap and its clients. This means understanding the clientsâ business to be able to manage their needs and expectations AND understanding the Leapâs offerings to be able to shepherd internal resources. The Account Manager acts as a key layer for the account team, juggling it all, from dayâtoâday relationship building to highâlevel strategic guidance.
This particular account role will work heavily with our government client accounts.
- Client engagement â relationships with midâsenior and junior levels, senior level client familiarity
- Manages up to account management leadership â provides info on client relationship health, project status and hourly burn rate
- Crossâfunctional team leadership â leads meeting and presentations, takes point on next steps
- Strategic thought leadership â input to internal strategists, guidance to teams
- Project involvement â manages high and mediumâtouch assignments and is the driving force for KO, fulfillment and completion of quality deliverables
- Creative guidance and assessment â ensures great direction going in and high quality going out
- Media guidance and assessment â ensures great direction going in and high quality going out
- Digital experience assessment â manages and holds teams accountable for timely, insightful, actionable reporting
- Production influence â works with producers to manage project and gain client alignment to ensure momentum and efficiency
- Financial awareness â approves billing, monitors hours and helps manage projects for efficiency
- 3+ years agency account management experience
- Experience in marketing and advertising strategy
- Experience managing government or public sector clients â and an understanding of the unique nuances of collaboration, compliance, and communication that come with it
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with priorâŚ
