About the RoleWe are seeking a Training & Development Manager to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs that empower our property management teams to perform at the highest level.
Responsibilities- Partner with HR and Operations to coordinate onboarding objectives and schedules.
- Create and manage access to property management software and integrated systems.
- Facilitate Denton Floyd’s structured new-hire training program and monitor completion.
- Assign and oversee role‑specific training pathways following onboarding.
- Evaluate onboarding curriculum quarterly and recommend enhancements.
- Support optimization of communities within Yardi and other integrated platforms.
- Staff Development, Performance & Compliance
- Administer the company’s secret shopper program and provide feedback to leadership.
- Deliver and manage role‑specific training programs within the LMS.
- Provide monthly reporting on training progress and completion.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of training content and recommend updates.
- Coordinate annual Fair Housing, customer service, and compliance training.
- Develop training materials, guides, and reference tools for policy and technology updates.
- Experience in property management, real estate, or multifamily operations required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Understanding of Windows operating systems.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with Yardi and Yardi Aspire preferred.
- Ability to travel regularly to communities.
