Job Description
Monday-Friday 8pm-4am - Over time is available and some weekends.
Pay: $29.50 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities- Oversee the Crew Van Operation and report to the Account Manager.
- Manage approximately 32 employees and front-line operational supervisors.
- Develop, train, coach, lead, discipline, and build a solid team.
- Maintain a strong business relationship with the client, building trust and respect while branding ABM as a quality service provider.
- Develop nightly operating plans and delegate work to nighttime supervisors to meet client expectations.
- Problem solve, investigate, and resolve issues such as client concerns, customer complaints, accident investigations, employee disputes, and nightly operational concerns.
- Use client computer systems:
Crew Van Visibility (CVV), Mosaic Situational Viewer (MSV), Flight Crew Records Database, Flight OPS Jumpseats, Airhub, IGate Training, Ramp Control Center Tailsheet Generator, and Netline. - Ensure proper onboarding with ABM HR and Payroll.
- Maintain frequent physical presence to observe, participate, communicate, and coordinate quality services for the client.
- Produce reports, PowerPoint presentations, email communication, job postings, and other documents for the client and ABM General Manager.
- Present at client-requested meetings.
- Enforce and account for the ABM Crew Van Operation and Teamsters Local 89 Collective Bargaining Agreement, including contract knowledge and grievance processing.
- Cover schedules when needed and collaborate with other vendors and client departments (Security, Catering, Internal ABM Support, Ramp Control Center, Systems Ops, Chief Pilot’s Office).
- Impact safety, service, and security of the client’s operation.
- Plan, organize, and communicate daily/nightly operational priorities and client requests.
- Effectively lead and supervise the onsite night ABM team.
- Set employee expectations, provide feedback, and routinely inspect work and facilities.
- Manage supplies, vehicle fleet, radios, iPads, equipment, and other resources to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the management team to ensure execution of services.
- Use data, firsthand observations, and supervisor feedback to seek operational improvements.
- Collect and maintain required administrative tasks for daily/nightly, weekly, or monthly reporting.
- Cultivate a strong safety culture to provide a safe work environment.
- Research, evaluate, and take corrective action for event reports, accidents, delays, customer complaints, and other required follow-up with the client.
