The Management Trainee Program is designed for recently graduated or soon-to-be graduating seniors. This 24-week, hands-on program offers the opportunity to become part of a team, gain experience in all areas of Dayton Freight's operations, and learn about our company, culture, and the transportation industry. The program also focuses on developing leadership skills to prepare trainees for management roles upon completion.
Responsibilities include:
- Learning the LTL Industry
- Gaining experience in operations
- Developing leadership skills
Qualifications:
- Valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Willingness to relocate to any Service Center
- Willingness to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
