Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corrugator Supervisor on the 2nd shift, located in the Louisville Metropolitan Area. The Corrugator Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the corrugator machine, ensuring efficient production of high-quality corrugated sheets. Responsibilities include managing and training staff, monitoring production schedules, maintaining quality assurance standards, and troubleshooting machine or process issues. The supervisor will also ensure safety protocols are followed and identify areas for operational improvements.

Qualifications
  • Leadership and team management experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Experience with operating or supervising corrugating machines, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with production scheduling, quality assurance processes, and safety protocols
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet production deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or production management software
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in production management are advantageous
