Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an

* * to join their team. As an  
** Experienced Assembler** , you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $16.00 - $18.00

** Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Assemble small mechanical and electronic components according to detailed instructions.

+ Perform soldering tasks, including attaching wires and components to circuit boards.

+ Build products according to customer specifications by following blueprints and instructions

+ Develop and follow detailed assembly plans based on provided specifications

+ Utilize experience to make informed decisions during assembly processes

+ Ensure all work adheres to quality, safety, and performance standards

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow and resolve challenges

** What's Needed?*
* + 1- 3 years of relevant assembly experience

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Ability to work independently and adapt to changing work requirements

+ Solid foundation in assembly practices developed through prior experience
