Job Skills / Requirements

We are hiring a Packaging Line Operator to support our Gypsum and Phosphate powder packaging lines! This position is first shift, Monday
-Friday.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work collaboratively to operated and support the full packaging line system
  • Rotate through all areas of the line, including: filling operations, middleman support, pallet off‑bearing
  • Ensure accurate filling, packaging, and labeling of powder products
  • Operate equipment such as: box erectors, tape machines, accurate fillers, and vacuum and dust control systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, adjustments, and minor repairs
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient production environment

What you'll bring to the table:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6-12 months of production or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Team player mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
Education Requirements (All)

HS Diploma or GED
