How you will create an impact :
* Perform incoming inspections, teardowns, and component preparation for transformer assemblies.
* Assemble, stack, re‑insulate, and prepare cores and coils based on engineering specifications.
* Install units for processing, including oven or vacuum tank placement.
* Clean, repair, or fabricate structural components and tap changers as required.
* Cable, crimp, and connect electrical leads according to engineering standards.
* Follow all manufacturing procedures while ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
What are we looking for :
* High school diploma or GED; minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience (transformer experience preferred).
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.
* Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights using platforms or ladders.
* Comfortable working in environments with occasional fumes and shift‑based schedules.
* Strong problem‑solving abilities, basic math skills, and effective written communication.
