What We Need

Brady Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Coordinator for our Louisville facility. This is a "hybrid" role designed to maximize plant uptime through meticulous organization and technical execution. The successful candidate will serve as the bridge between maintenance planning and the shop floor, taking responsibility for the digital health of our assets (CMMS), the physical availability of spare parts (MRO), and the hands‑on prevention of equipment failure.

What

You Will Be Doing
  • CMMS & Data Management:
Maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (Fiix), ensuring equipment data, manuals, and service histories are accurate.
  • Work Order Flow:
Generate, assign, and close out weekly work orders and Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
  • KPI Tracking:
Monitor maintenance metrics including downtime trends and maintenance costs to drive reliability.
  • MRO & Parts Procurement:
Manage the storeroom to ensure 100% inventory accuracy for critical spares; source and order parts from vendors to optimize pricing and lead times.
  • Kitting:
Organize all necessary parts and tools for upcoming jobs to ensure technician efficiency.
  • Hands‑on PM Execution:
Perform PM tasks and assist in emergency repairs using a "root cause" mindset to prevent recurrence.
  • Asset Inspection:
Identify potential equipment failures during routine walks and convert findings into actionable work orders.
  • Standardization:
Help develop and review PM and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) tasks to ensure standardized routines are followed.
  • Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to all company policies and Lean Daily Management standards.
What You Will Need To Be Successful
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 8+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment with a mix of mechanical and administrative duties.
  • Advanced experience with CMMS platforms (Fiix preferred) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to use precision tools, read blueprints/schematics, and troubleshoot automated systems.
  • Proven ability to manage a complex inventory of SKUs and critical parts.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and influence, coach, and support maintenance technicians.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and navigate an industrial plant floor.
