Bobst Die Cutter Operator

The Bobst Die Cutter Operator is responsible for the efficient operation of Bobst die cutting machines, ensuring precise execution of cutting processes in accordance with job specifications and company standards. This role demands a blend of technical skill, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and operational protocols.

Available Shifts and Pay Rates:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Pay: $26.00-$32.00/hr

What You'll Do:

Set up and operate Bobst die cutting machines.
Read and follow job tickets and production instructions.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance.
Maintain production quality and meet production schedules.
Record production data accurately.
Follow all safety and operating procedures.
Work with team members to support efficient production.

What We're Looking For:

Extensive die-cutting experience required.
Bobst die cutter experience strongly preferred.
Ability to read and follow production instructions and job tickets.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
