We're looking for a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations to lead an entire manufacturing value stream within our plant. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence while developing and inspiring both salaried and hourly teams. * Lead all day-to-day operations for a manufacturing value stream, including production, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.
* Develop and execute the annual operational strategy, aligning business objectives with plant performance goals.
* Drive key performance metrics related to
** Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Culture (SQDCC).
*** Lead, coach, and develop salaried leaders, maintenance teams, and hourly employees to build a high-performing organization.
* Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles and the Appliance Production System to eliminate waste, improve processes, and increase operational efficiency.
* Lead daily operating rhythms, production meetings, escalation processes, and performance reviews to ensure execution of business priorities.
* Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Maintenance to solve complex manufacturing challenges.
* Champion Kaizen events, root cause problem solving, standardized work, and process stability initiatives.
* Manage department budgets, operational metrics, and resource planning to achieve business objectives.
** Leadership Responsibilities
** You'll play a critical role in building future manufacturing leaders by:
* Coaching and developing Area Business Leaders, Process Improvement Engineers, Team Leaders, and other emerging talent.
* Providing performance feedback, career development, and succession planning.
* Supporting hiring, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
* Partnering closely with Human Resources to ensure consistent application of company policies and employee relations practices.

* Ensuring products consistently meet quality standards and customer expectations.
