Job Responsibilities- Manual handling of aircraft wheels (rolling/lifting up to 35 lbs)
- Dismounting of wheel halves (removal from tire)
- Disassembly of wheel half piece parts
- Washing wheel halves and piece parts (prep for inspection)
- Paint removal (plastic media blasting)
- On the job training
- Small hand tool experience or previous mechanical experience preferred
- US Citizen only
- HS Diploma
This position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with FAA guidelines. Candidates will be subject to drug and alcohol testing per FAA regulation 14 CFR part 120, as well as 49 CFR part 40.
The position you are applying for will require a successful candidate to pass a background check, drug screen and you will need to show proof you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to your start date.
