Carpenter – Custom Woodworking

We are seeking a skilled, dependable Carpenter to join our custom woodworking team. This position involves manufacturing custom doors, cabinets, casework, mouldings, and other architectural woodwork.

• Build, assemble, and install custom woodworking products
• Read and interpret plans, shop drawings, and measurements
• Accurately measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood components
• Operate saws, shapers, routers, sanders, and other woodworking equipment
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, fit, finish, and quality
• Safely load, unload, and handle materials and finished products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Coordinate with shop employees, installers, contractors, and customers

• Carpentry, cabinetmaking, millwork, or finish-carpentry experience
• Ability to read plans and shop drawings
• Strong knowledge of building mathematics and accurate measurement
  
  Experience using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
• Installation and job-site experience
• Attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

This is a physically demanding position. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods; bend, kneel, climb, push, and pull; and regularly lift and carry heavy or bulky materials. Shop and job-site work may involve dust, noise, and changing temperatures.
