Cleanroom Technician
As a Cleanroom Technician, you work on a first-shift schedule from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with regular overtime opportunities on Fridays. In this role, you assemble and produce air filters in a controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring that each product meets strict quality and performance standards.
Responsibilities- Assemble air filters according to established production procedures and specifications.
- Operate in a cleanroom environment while following all cleanliness and contamination control protocols.
- Perform production tasks efficiently to meet daily output and quality targets.
- Inspect components and finished air filters for defects or inconsistencies and report issues promptly.
- Handle materials and equipment safely and correctly throughout the manufacturing process.
- Follow documented work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area in compliance with cleanroom standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support smooth production flow and resolve minor issues.
- Participate in overtime shifts on Fridays as needed to meet production demands.
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment and understanding of contamination control practices.
- Hands-on assembly skills, including working with small components and following detailed instructions.
- Experience in production or manufacturing settings with an emphasis on consistent quality.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliability in adhering to a first-shift schedule (5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday–Thursday) and overtime on Fridays.
Skills & Qualifications

This is a contract position based out of Jeffersontown, KY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
