Meador Manufacturing is a family-owned and operated precision CNC machine shop in Walton Hills, Ohio, specializing in high-quality Swiss CNC and 5-axis machining. We’re looking for an experienced CNC Swiss Programmer to join our growing team and help drive precision manufacturing excellence using our Citizen A20 Swiss Lathes and related equipment.

• Program, set up, and optimize CNC Swiss lathes (strong focus on Citizen machines) for complex, high-precision parts.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to develop efficient G-code programs (CAM software experience a plus).
• Select tooling, perform machine setups, and make offsets/adjustments for optimal production.
• Troubleshoot machining issues, run test parts, and ensure tight tolerances and superior quality.
• Collaborate with machinists, quality control, and engineering teams to continuously improve processes.
• Maintain documentation including programs, setup sheets, and tool lists.

• Proven experience programming and setting up CNC Swiss lathes (Citizen experience highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of G-code, CNC machining principles, and precision manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
