with overtime as needed)

Key Responsibilities:

As a
Production Operator
, you will…

  • Operate equipment including Mixers, Blenders, Packaging lines, Forklifts, Palletizers and Basic Hand Tools.
  • Follow process batch sheets to produce quality products.
  • Participate in Bostik's Safety programs to achieve objective of safe behavior and Zero Incidents.
  • Work with the Team to meet plant/shift objectives.
  • Follow all plant policies and procedures.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency required
  • Some technical training or college preferred
  • Industrial process maintenance experience highly valued
  • Experience preferred but not required
  • Good written, verbal, and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills
