Extrusion Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented  
** Extrusion Machine Operator
** to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, machine operation experience and a proactive approach to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization. Forklift experience required.

** Pay Range:**  $23.00 + shift differentials on 2nd and 3rd

** Shift:
** 1st shift 7:00am to 3:00pm / 2nd shit 3:00pm to 11:00pm / 3rd shift 11:00pm to 7:00am

** What's the Job?*
* + Safely operate extrusion and reprocessing equipment following company policies and safety guidelines.

+ Monitor and adjust machine settings such as extruder speeds, temperatures, pressures, and winder speeds to ensure optimal performance and product quality.

+ Produce orders according to production schedules and customer specifications.

+ Perform product labeling, accurate production reporting, and data entry.

+ Complete quality inspections, testing, and documentation to maintain high standards.

+ Operate Forklift as needed

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED.

+ At least 1 year of solid Machine Operation experience required

+ Prior Forklift experience

+ Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.

+ Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Steel Toe Shoes/Boots required.
