We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented 1st and 2nd Shift Press Operator to operate and maintain production printing equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for setting up, running, and troubleshooting press equipment to produce high-quality printed or coated materials while meeting production, quality, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a production environment.

• Set up, operate, and monitor press equipment during production runs
• Load materials and adjust machine settings to meet job specifications
• Perform quality checks to ensure output meets customer and company standards
• Troubleshoot mechanical or material issues during production
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping standards
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet shift production goals

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience operating industrial equipment (printing/press experience preferred)
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read job tickets, work orders, and production instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong reliability and attendance

Preferred:

• Previous printing, converting, laminating, coating, or screen print press experience
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and documentation
