Shift:
** Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

**$17.50/hour*
* ** Overtime:
** 5:00 AM-3:30 PM

** 2nd

Shift:
** Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM

**$18.50/hour*
* ** Overtime:
** 3:00 PM-1:30 AM

** 3rd

Shift:
** Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM

**$18.50/hour*
* ** Overtime:
** Based on business needs

** Important:
** Overtime may be scheduled  
** up to 2 hours before or up to 2 hours after your regular shift.
** Overtime hours may vary based on business needs.

* + Load and unload saw blades on the paint line

+ Hang saw blades before painting

+ Remove finished saw blades after painting

+ Inspect products for quality standards

+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace

+ Follow all safety and quality protocols

+ Collaborate with your team in a fast-paced setting

* What We're Looking For:

* + No prior manufacturing experience required

+ Ability to stand and walk throughout your shift

+ Able to repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs

+ Comfortable working in a warm environment

+ Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

+ Willingness to follow instructions and prioritize safety
