Key Responsibilities- As a Production Operator, you will…
- Operate equipment including Mixers, Blenders, Packaging lines, Forklifts, Palletizers and Basic Hand Tools.
- Follow process batch sheets to produce quality products.
- Participate in Bostik's Safety programs to achieve objective of safe behavior and Zero Incidents.
- Work with the Team to meet plant/shift objectives.
- Follow all plant policies and procedures.

- High School Diploma or Equivalency required
- Some technical training or college preferred
- Industrial process maintenance experience highly valued
- Experience preferred but not required
- Good written, verbal, and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills
