Reliability Manager

Reliability Manager – Louisville, KY

We are seeking a Reliability Manager to lead technical support and continuous improvement efforts across plant operations. The role focuses on safety, equipment reliability, cost reduction, and production efficiency for rolling and spooling of household foil.

• Prioritize safety and lead both direct and indirect reports using RCP’s safety programs.
• Reduce maintenance costs and increase throughput through effective PM, PdM, CMMS, and FMEA programs.
• Analyze CMMS data to assess failure probability and improve equipment uptime.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to drive daily operations and improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical problem‑solving guidance to resolve chronic process and equipment issues.

• BS in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Strong motivation and leadership skills applicable at all organization levels.
• Self‑motivated ability to develop successful programs with minimal management direction.
• Team‑player capable of driving groups toward common goals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical skills and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with CMMS, MS Office, MS Project, CAD, Minitab, or similar tools.

• Master’s degree.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Lean/Six Sigma certification.
• Experience in metal rolling, forging, or casting.

Posted Salary Range: USD $98,400 – $139,000 per annum.

Bonus Eligibility:
Role eligible for a 10% annual incentive if business and performance goals are met.
