- Oversee all production operations and lead the facility to achieve production goals, on-time delivery, and budget adherence
- Direct and manage three production supervisors across two shifts and 35 hourly union employees
- Own and optimize key production processes including flame cutting, plasma cutting, and heat treating
- Manage CNC grinding, milling, lathe operations, and fabrication processes
- Drive the production of customizable steel products serving diverse industrial sectors
- Demonstrated experience in the steel industry, including steel processing or CNC machining operations
- Proven leadership experience managing operations within a larger-sized manufacturing plant
- BS degree preferred
