Production Supervisor C-Crew

Job Description

• Supervise plant employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment.
• Plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures, and recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions.
• Educate employees on plant safety requirements and ensure policies and procedures are followed on the plant floor.
• Review daily production requirements and align manpower to run assembly operations safely and efficiently.
• Ensure production employees are properly trained and follow standard work instructions.
• Manage, motivate, and lead production employees to meet production requirements, quality standards, and customer delivery schedules.
• Conduct shift meetings to review daily activities and ensure effective communication between shifts.
• Coach and counsel employees and administer corrective actions in accordance with plant policies, procedures, and rules.
• Monitor equipment and production progress against schedules and resolve issues as they arise.
• Complete required daily safety, production, and quality reports.
• Ensure employee time and attendance records are accurate in the system.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across plant operations.
• Perform essential job functions with reasonable accommodations provided where applicable.

• 4 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or related experience.
• Supervisor Certification.
• Green Belt Certification.

Salary Type: Annual Salary

Salary Min: $ 65000

Salary Max: $ 85000
