• Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise fabrication projects.
• Execute high-quality welds using MIG, TIG, and Stick processes to meet rigorous structural standards.
• Calibrate and operate welding machinery to ensure optimal performance across diverse metal types.
• Perform comprehensive quality control inspections using precision tools like calipers and micrometers to verify dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain a high-standard, organized workspace while strictly adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
• Partner with the production team to refine fabrication workflows and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Mentor junior staff to foster a culture of craftsmanship and continuous improvement.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in metalworking is highly valued.
• Demonstrated experience in professional welding and fabrication environments.
• Technical proficiency in reading blueprints and performing quality control data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing durable, high-quality metal components.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining independent productivity.

• Current industry-recognized welding certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW).
