Job Summary LINAK is seeking a motivated and results-driven Production Team Leader to lead daily operations on our production floor. This role is responsible for setting the tone, attitude, and work culture within the manufacturing environment while leading a team of assemblers to successfully achieve production goals related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Employee Engagement.
The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for developing employees while driving continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing and 6S principles.
Key Responsibilities Production Leadership Lead daily production cell activities to achieve productivity and efficiency goals.
Assign work based on production demand and employee training needs.
Support employee development and communicate performance or disciplinary concerns to leadership.
Complete daily production reporting, performance tracking, and documentation.
Coordinate work order administration and related paperwork.
Troubleshoot production issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
Provide leadership coverage for other Team Leaders as needed.
Quality & Process Improvement Ensure compliance with standardized work instructions and quality standards.
Support production training initiatives and verify training documentation.
Partner with Quality and Engineering teams to resolve production and supplier quality issues.
Assist with process improvements and corrective actions.
Safety, Lean & 6SPromote a safe work environment and ensure completion of all required safety training.
Lead 6S initiatives and workplace organization efforts.
Conduct routine audits and reinforce Lean Manufacturing principles.
Identify opportunities to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required.
Associate's Degree in a related field preferred.
1-3 years of manufacturing experience required.
Previous manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Technical aptitude and ability to understand manufacturing processes.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM Training Period:
New hires will spend approximately the first month on 1st or 2nd shift for onboarding and training.
