Conversion Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Conversion Operator to join their team. As a Conversion Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift:
** 12 Hour - Days, 7AM-7PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate and monitor machines used in the manufacturing process.

+ Set up machines according to specifications and production schedule.

+ Record production data and complete required documentation.

+ Follow all company policies and procedures.

+ Understand and adhere to quality control standards.

** What's Needed?*
* + 1+ year of manufacuting expierence required.

+ Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.

+ Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Dependability and a proactive approach to work.

+ Steel Toes Shoes/Boots
