# Rebuild Tech Hot Job Natoli KY - Louisville, KY 40210## Overview Salary Range $25.00 - $30.00## Description This position is responsible for disassembly and reassembly of various machines and equipment and performing a variety of tasks in support of rebuild production workers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Physically disassemble, clean, inspect and reassemble various types of equipment.
· Use various types of hand tools, along with pneumatic and/or electric hand tools, cranes and/or hoist.
· Prep various types of equipment, along with applying primer and paint using specialized protective coverings to various types of equipment.
· Use various measuring tools to inspect components of various types of equipment.
· Use blueprints, schematics and exploded diagrams of various components and equipment.
· Travel to various sites to repair, inspect or provide technical support on various machines and equipment at customer’s facility.
· Weld various components associated with but not limited to rotary tablet presses and other equipment.
· Ensures continuous improvement and complete adherence to ISO 9001:2008 quality standards.
· Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
· Assist maintenance leader in equipment repair
· Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements, including documentation.## Qualifications Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel;

and reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance, and regularly lift over 50 pounds, with mechanical assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
· High School Diploma or GED
· Driver’s License
· Mechanical aptitude
· Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints
· Excellent mathematical and measuring skills
· Excellent problem solving abilities
· Basic welding skills, MIG/TIG/Stick The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is exposed to sharp edges and lubricants. Exposure to shop environment such as noise, dust, odors and fumes. Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses are required at all times.
