• Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing and molding processes to enhance efficiency and product quality
• Develop and optimize Liquid Injection Molded products and processes across four manufacturing plants
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement effective solutions to improve overall performance
• Identify and execute cost reduction strategies across multiple facilities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to elevate quality standards and streamline operations

• Demonstrated experience with Liquid Injection Molding processes
• BS Degree preferred (AS/BS Engineering considered)
• Plastics/Rubbers background
