• Operate repro equipment safely to produce quality product through continual adjustments of gauges that control extruder speed, temperatures, pressures, and winder speeds.
• Know and follow all safety rules and procedures while maintaining a safe, efficient work area.
• Produce orders to schedule in order to satisfy customer needs and production requirements.
• Perform production execution of product labeling and production entry.
• Complete required quality inspections, testing, and documentation, while maintaining housekeeping and 6S standards on machines and surrounding areas.

• 1+ year of manufacturing expierence required
• Commitment to safety and the ability to consistently follow established procedures.
• Ability to perform routine preventative maintenance and support production needs as required.
• Strong attention to detail for quality inspections, testing, and accurate documentation.
• Willingness to assist other team members during breaks and absences and perform other duties as assigned.
• Physical readiness for frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting/pushing/pulling weights over 30 lbs, plus eye/hand coordination and routine work in a hot room (up to 110 degrees F at times).
