Recruiting Communications Intern

Arvato is looking for a Summer Recruiting Communications Intern to support our growing facilities in the Louisville market. The Communications Intern will support employer branding and recruiting-related communication initiatives across Arvato USA. This role will help enhance visibility, consistency, and effectiveness of recruiting campaigns, with a particular focus on content creation for priority hiring efforts and internal/external communication channels

YOUR TASKS

* Support development of recruiting communication materials, including templates, visuals, message drafts, and social media assets.

* Create content and help build a scalable, repeatable approach for ongoing campaigns such as highlights, stories and referral program promotions.

* Assist with scheduling, coordination, and asset collection for communication initiatives.

* Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business Teams on cross-functional communication needs.

YOUR PROFILE

* Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, or Social Media.

* Strong written communication skills.

* Basic graphic design experience using tools like Canva or Adobe.

* Familiarity with social media platforms and how to support campaign initiatives.

* Interest in employer branding, recruiting, and internal communications.
