  Nursing Diploma OR Associate’s Degree (ASN) required

  Cardiac rhythm interpretation/telemetry monitoring, patient assessment, independent clinical decision-making, care planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, clinical intervention monitoring, documentation, and patient/family education

• Perform comprehensive assessments and reassessments per policy and patient condition; make sound independent clinical decisions.
• Develop, prioritize, implement, and update individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Monitor cardiac telemetry, vital signs, and patient response to interventions; document accurately and on time in Epic.
• Provide and coordinate patient/family education throughout the stay and at discharge to support safe transitions of care.
• Delegate appropriately to licensed and non-licensed team members while supporting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and clinical excellence.
• Participate in quality, safety, and service improvement initiatives; support regulatory compliance and evidence-based nursing practice.
• Serve as a mentor/preceptor as needed and contribute to a positive unit culture focused on patient-centered care.
