This role is ideal for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who enjoys one‑on‑one resident interaction, mobility support, and helping residents achieve their highest level of independence in long term care environment.

The Restorative Nurse Aide (RNA) supports residents in maintaining or improving their physical functioning through restorative nursing programs. You will work closely with the therapy team, restorative coordinator, and nursing staff to deliver high‑quality restorative care in a compassionate, resident‑centered environment.

• Provide restorative and therapeutic care including exercises, ambulation, transfers, splinting, grooming, hygiene, toileting, feeding, and dressing.
• Follow individualized restorative care plans and document resident progress.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Support skin integrity through repositioning, turning, and proper skincare.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and rights at all times.
• Assist with resident orientation during admissions and transfers.
• Escort residents to activities, appointments, and facility services.
• Protect resident belongings and report missing items per policy.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Complete restorative and CNA documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow all infection control, safety, and facility procedures.
