Position Overview
The RN House Supervisor provides clinically competent nursing care while overseeing daily nursing operations. This role ensures resident safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality care through effective leadership, communication, and collaboration with residents, families, and the healthcare team.

What You'll Do

• Provide and oversee high-quality nursing care using best practices
• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring resident responses
• Supervise CNAs and unit staff to ensure safe, efficient care delivery
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, discharges, and emergency responses
• Maintain accurate documentation and medication accountability
• Communicate clearly during shift change and with interdisciplinary teams

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a registered nurse
• Current CPR certification
• Two to four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
