An established healthcare provider is offering a comprehensive residency program to transition newly graduated Registered Nurses into competent practitioners. This program includes precepting, education, mentoring, and a 360-degree evaluation process. Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Nursing Program (BSN preferred) and hold an Ohio RN licensure. Current BLS certification is required, with less than 12 months of RN experience acceptable.
Competitive pay as a newly experienced nurse will be provided.
