Signature HealthCARE - - Responsibilities:
Provide continuous remote monitoring of residents via room safety camera to prevent falls, elopement, or self-harm;
Communicate with facility nurses to adjust cameras for privacy during daily care and physician visits;
Observe resident activity and redirect as needed;
Notify floor nurses for physical intervention when necessary;
Identify safety risks and escalate to appropriate staff per protocol
