Schedule

5:00 PM – 3:00 AM, 3 shifts per week (including every other weekend)

What You’ll Do
  • Manage after‑hours triage, responding to patient and family calls to determine needs and coordinate care
  • Gather and assess physical, emotional, social, and spiritual information to support patients and families
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to create and update care plans
  • Provide end‑of‑life support and perform clinical pronouncements of death
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
  • Current RN license in the state of Ohio
  • Two or more years of nursing experience
  • Strong clinical skills and sound judgment
  • Compassionate and able to support families during emotional times
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
