** Baptist Health Louisville has wonderful opportunities for new graduate nurses. New Graduate nurses go through a general nursing orientation and then are assigned a trained preceptor who works with the new graduate on the unit to ensure a smooth transition to practice. We also enroll each new graduate nurse in a year-long residency program which further assists the move from academic setting to bedside practice.
If you are a new graduate nurse who is graduating this Fall/Winter please complete your application and attach a resume. The nurse recruiter will reach out to you after receiving your application to discuss areas of interest and to schedule interviews.
