Family Nurse Practitioner

Fast Pace Health is seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary and urgent care to patients across the lifespan in our rural community clinics. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and perform in-clinic procedures while documenting in our EHR. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered, evidence-based care.

• Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care to patients across the lifespan in a rural clinic setting
• Conduct histories, physical exams, and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests including labs and imaging
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPD
• Perform common in-clinic procedures within scope of practice
• Document all encounters accurately in the EHR and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and behavioral health providers to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on prevention, medications, and self-management
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical protocols, and best-practice initiatives

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in practicing state
• National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC)
• Current DEA registration for prescriptive authority
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Immunization and infection‑control compliance per organizational and state requirements
