• assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, eating, and mobility
• observe and report changes in residents’ health to licensed nurses
• obtain and document vital signs
• support residents’ physical and emotional well‑being with compassion and consistency
• transport, lift and reposition residents safely using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment
• maintain clean and safe resident environments, including restocking and sanitizing areas
• assist with isolation procedures and follow all infection control protocols
• collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other caregivers to ensure quality care delivery

• current Kentucky CNA certification (active and in good standing)
• strong attention to detail and observation skills
• ability to work independently or as part of a team
• reliable, flexible, and committed to resident‑centered care
• excellent communication skills with residents, families, and staff
• empathy, respect, and professionalism in every interaction
• physical ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed
• successful completion of pre‑screening hiring requirements
