We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about providing hands‑on care in a respectful, team‑oriented environment. - assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, eating, and mobility
- observe and report changes in residents’ health to licensed nurses
- obtain and document vital signs
- support residents’ physical and emotional well‑being with compassion and consistency
- transport, lift and reposition residents safely using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment
- maintain clean and safe resident environments, including restocking and sanitizing areas
- assist with isolation procedures and follow all infection control protocols
- collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other caregivers to ensure quality care delivery
- current Kentucky CNA certification (active and in good standing)
- strong attention to detail and observation skills
- ability to work independently or as part of a team
- reliable, flexible, and committed to resident‑centered care
- excellent communication skills with residents, families, and staff
- empathy, respect, and professionalism in every interaction
- physical ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed
- successful completion of pre‑screening hiring requirements
