Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and motivated Healthcare Nurse to provide high-quality occupational health services. This role involves assessing employee health needs, managing work-related injuries, and promoting workplace wellness initiatives while adapting to various clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct health assessments, screenings, and evaluations for employees across different clinic locations.

Provide immediate care and management for work-related injuries and illnesses, ensuring appropriate follow-up and referrals.

Collaborate with clinic staff to implement health and safety programs tailored to each location's needs.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Assess workplace hazards and participate in risk assessments to promote a safe working environment.

Stay updated on local regulations and best practices in occupational health and safety.

Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external healthcare providers to facilitate optimal care.

Adapt quickly to varying clinic environments, maintaining flexibility and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky Willing to obtain state license(s) in additional states

Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) or equivalent is highly desirable.

Minimum of one year experience in occupational health nursing or related field.

Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in different settings.
