Brandenburg Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. Our 57-bed skilled nursing facility is proud to be a deficiency-free facility with a 4-star CMS rating, reflecting our commitment to providing exceptional resident care and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.

The Assistant Director of Nursing works closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, support staff development, and promote quality resident outcomes. This leadership role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about resident-centered care, team development, and continuous quality improvement.

• Assist the Director of Nursing in the planning, organization, and direction of nursing services.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Support clinical oversight of resident care and services.

• Assist with staff scheduling, recruitment, retention, and performance management.

• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.

• Monitor infection prevention and control practices.

• Assist with surveys, audits, and regulatory visits.

• Provide leadership, mentoring, and education to nursing staff.

• Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork and resident satisfaction.

• Participate in on-call rotation as required.

• Current Kentucky Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership experience preferred.

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
