Southern Health Partners is seeking a confident, experienced Registered Nurse to step into a Medical Team Administrator role at the Clark County Jail in Indiana

This is not a behind-the-scenes position. It’s a working leadership role in a secure correctional healthcare setting where strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and consistency make all the difference.

Position: RN Medical Team Administrator

Schedule: Monday – Friday

• Lead clinical operations in a secure correctional healthcare setting while remaining hands-on.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and promote teamwork and consistency in patient care.
• Serve as Medical Team Administrator in Clark County Jail, IN.
• Collaborate with jail staff to ensure daily operations comply with policies and standards.

• Active Registered Nurse license; prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience in correctional healthcare or similar fast-paced environments preferred.
• Ability to work in a secure setting with strong clinical judgment and teamwork.
