Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide full-scope primary care in an outpatient clinic located in Louisville, KY. This role is well-suited for a provider who enjoys serving diverse communities and values both autonomy and team collaboration.
Position Overview- Provide preventative care, chronic disease management, and patient education
- Work with a diverse patient panel across all age groups
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance care delivery
- Support clinical documentation and coordination through EMR systems
- Starting salary averages $105,000 – $120,000 annually
, depending on experience - Medical, dental, vision, and malpractice insurance
- 401(k) with company match

- Relocation and professional development assistance
- MSN or DNP with active Kentucky Nurse Practitioner license
- Board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC or FNP-C)
- Experience in outpatient family medicine preferred
