What you’ll doYour impact will include:assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, eating, and mobilityobserving and reporting changes in residents’ health to licensed nursesobtain and document vital signssupporting residents’ physical and emotional well-being with compassion and consistencytransporting, lifting and repositioning residents safely using appropriate lifting techniques and equipmentmaintaining clean and safe resident environments, including restocking and sanitizing areasassisting with isolation procedures and following all infection control protocolscollaborating with nurses, therapists, and other caregivers to ensure quality care delivery

What you’ll bringcurrent Kentucky CNA certification (active and in good standing) strong attention to detail and observation skillsability to work independently or as part of a teamreliable, flexible, and committed to resident-centered careexcellent communication skills with residents, families, and staffempathy, respect, and professionalism in every interactionphysical ability to lift, move, and assist residents as neededsuccessful completion of pre-screening hiring requirements
