UofL Health – Frazier Rehabilitation Institute is a 40-bed, CARF‑accredited inpatient facility offering comprehensive, patient-centered care across a wide range of specialties, including brain injury, stroke recovery, spinal cord medicine, pediatrics, and movement disorders. It is a national leader for the Neuro Recovery Network in partnership with the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation.
How You'll Contribute- Assist nursing staff in providing patient-centered care, including support with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide emotional support and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure patients' needs are met in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Perform more complex clinical tasks under the supervision and direction of licensed nursing personnel.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma (or equivalent). Additional requirements include:
- State Registered Nursing Assistant (SRNA) certification or Certified Nursing Assistant certification (CNA)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire
- Handle with Care certification within 30 days of hire and annually
- Six months of experience in an acute or long-term facility preferred
